One of our branch offices at Pennoni, Raleigh, NC, requested assistance with their social media plan and recruiting efforts. I coordinated with a Raleigh production crew and provided an interview plan for the employees. We received raw video footage and b-roll to use and I edited the video and sound into a few different videos on topics such as working in the raleigh office and what it’s like to be a junior or senior employee at Pennoni. The plan was to use this on LinkedIn primarily and have employees share on their professional pages.
