Pennoni created a public outreach video to communicate construction rehabilitation efforts for Delaware Department of Transportation. I worked on creating the script, storyboard, motion graphics, and video. I collaborated with the design visualization team at Pennoni (who created the 3d models and animations) and the client directly to ensure clear communication throughout the process.
